Hey, I want to buy a new FP5 and give back my FP3 which is black and in full function.

Honestly for you probably will be better option to resell your FP3.
On this forum there is a scetion for that.

I agree with @paolo-caroni. You can resell it here on the forum or on another platform. That will yield more money in any case than simply handing it in for recycling.
