FP1 - shuts down when the battery is still full

Hii there,
I have an FP1, 1st edition and since a couple of days, the phone starts acting really weird. When I charge my battery the phone just shuts down and only goes back on if I put the battery out and then back in. And now the phone also shuts down when the battery is still full and I just use it.
Anybody an idea of what I should do? I really like FP but this problem is pretty annoying…
