FP1 dead. Just stopped for no reason, no warning just black, dead

I was literally making breakfast listening to my FP1 on my bluetooth speaker. The FP1 was full charged then everything just stopped. I went over to look at my phone and it is off. It won’t start. I took the battery out and put it back in, plugged it in and it won’t charge. It is literally just dead. It is out of warranty or course as it is 3 years old but I really don’t want to get a new phone but now I am without a phone!

Can you enter #dic:testingmode or #dic:recoverymode ?

If it’s 3 years old and you haven’t changed the battery before then I guess it is the first suspect.
It would be a battery from the first batch so check if it’s bloated, that happened with first batch batteries some times.
Otherwise you could try a battery reset as described in the #batteryguide.
