Hi, the last couple of days my phone keeps turning itself off and sometimes it turns itself back on but if not, I have to take out the battery for a moment to turn it back on. It is really annoying!
What is causing this? And is there a solution?
Hard to tell. Many things are possible. Does the battery hold its charge or does it drop quickly? How old is your battery? Maybe it needs a replacement? Have you ever replaced the battery before?
