FP Earbuds ANC/Transparent Mode Distortion/static

I recently purchased a pair of these and they were working fine, but the last few days when i turn on ANC or Transparent mode the right earbud has a distortion/static coming through quite loudly. A little similar to being in a windy environment even if i’m inside with no air movement.

I contacted support a week ago and still no response. Is this a normal time to wait for help?
