I just found out that you can easily list all topics with no replies by going to this URL:
https://forum.fairphone.com/latest?max_posts=1
That makes it easier to find the people that still need their question answered.
Now wondering if the next step should be to add it to the top menu…
You can also use status:noreplies in your search queries:
Either way it will include wikis and such.
How about instead including #unsolved in the top menu and automatically marking all new topic in help categories as unsolved?
As I have just been searching on the discourse forum, I found this (still unanswered) post raising the same question:
Notify moderators to unanswered topics.
So maybe someone could check that thread for answers/solutions. I will try to keep an eye on it as well, but most likely will not understand anything posted there.
