FIles to the Phone. I want to put files about 40 MB on my FF 5. How can I do that?
You did not say where the files arw originated, but KDEconnect can do the trick from almost every other system and a LOT more:
Connect the phone to your PC/Laptop via USB cable and copy over the files?
If that’s not possible, maybe use something like wetransfer.com to upload the file(s) on the PC/Laptop, and then download them with the phone. You could send the link via E-Mail to yourself, or send the link from your Desktop browser to your phone browser, if the browser you’re using supports that.
Or you can just E-Mail the file(s) to yourself directly, lol.
Hi,
I’m using LocalSend (https://localsend.org/) on both my Fairphone, Windows and Linux machine.
It’s free, OpenSource and Cross platform.
File size doesn’t matter. You just have to be on the same Wifi SSID.
