Hey Guys,
since about 1 week my FairPhone turns off regulary for no obvious reason. Sometimes it doesn’t happen for hours, but othertimes it turns off every 2 minutes. Sometimes it’s not even possible to turn it on again unless I connect it with the charger.
I’ve updated cherry but the problem started a few weeks later so I don’t think that that’s the reason…
I’d be very thankful if you could help me!

Do you use FP’s own protective case? Some users have experienced that the case could press on the on/off button if not properly fitted.
If that can be ruled out, I suggest that you try a ‘hard reset’ (revert to factory settings) which is a kind of panacea and probably the first suggestion that FP’s support will come up with:
