Em diu en Miquel, àngel de Barcelona, que sou usuaris de Fairphone 3 propers a Barcelona i potser em podeu ajudar…

Tinc el telèfon espatllat i necessito algú amb qui intercanviar peces per comprovar quin mòdul s’ha espatllat. Amb una mica de sort sigui la bateteria pero també podria ser cosa del mòdul inferior o d’un altre mòdul. Algú te disponibilitat en els propers dies?

Tengo el teléfono estropeado y necesito a alguien con quien intercambiar piezas para comprobar qué módulo se ha estropeado. Con un poco de suerte, será la batería, pero también podría ser cosa del módulo inferior o de otro módulo. ¿Alguien tiene disponibilidad en los próximos días?

My phone is broken, and I need someone to swap parts with to check which module is faulty. With a bit of luck, it’s just the battery, but it could also be the bottom module or another one. Is anyone available in the coming days?

Unfortunately none of that contacts have aswer yet.

So… may you tell-me any other way to know if the battery is not running or the problem comes from another component such the bottom module?

Did you try a repair shop? They might have equipment to measure such
