Fairphone just spread a teaser for something coming on thursday:

A red-haired woman is looking at the viewer while vertically holding a green speckled Fairphone 4 in front of one half of her face, seeminlgy aiming to take a photograph. The background consists of green bushes or trees. Over the woman’s head the line "This one needs no introduction." Something’s coming (again) …

That could be a refurbished offer but the camera upgrade could also happen. I don’t think a refurbished offer would be annouced like this.
