In the meantime (since may/june 2019), the support is being managed in-house again.
So your ticket will be effectively lost (most likely since 2 years already).
I would like to think that the OP is referring to the 18th day of February of this year - either that, or they’re incredibly patient!
And support is apparently a bit swamped at the moment - it’s advisable to give them a phone call at +31 20 788 4400 (weekdays 09:30-17:30) to see what they’ve been up to with your support ticket. May take you a couple of tries to get through there, too - like I said, swamped.
