Hello, ,I bought a screen on the official site to replace the one on my phone. However, I can’t replace it because it’s not compatible with my phone. The one I received has a screw slot whereas the original one I broke has none.
I have a Fairphone 4 bought at the end of 2021.
The best you can do is contact support.
If possible make pictures to show them what’s different.
