I installed the update a few minutes ago with a almost fully charged battery (95%), however something went wrong.
The installer downloaded the update properly and then asked me to reboot by clicking on the appearing reboot button, what i did. After that the fairphone rebootet, showed the FAIRPHONE writing, but then showed the lying android mascot with text underneath “error!”. A text - which i barely remember - said something with “can’t open file, access denied”.
I then had several options to choose from for continuing actions, of which I simply chose to reboot again. This time the reboot worked fine. However, when I look up the build version of the fairphone OS, it shows 1.3.6, which is the previous version. So the update failed apparently.
Hope this helps.
I will now try to manually install the update.
