Again as I am used to the update went flawless on my non-rooted phone. These regular updates are really appreciated, although I do not meet any noticeable problems with my phone.
I think picture quality has increased visible, but I cannot see the improved flash brightness. I rather tend to say pictures taken with flash are now even darker when taken in lighter environments than they were before.
In light environment with forced flash the resulting picture should turn out way too bright. But now they look darker as taken without any flash. Just as if the timing of flash and aperture is not matching.
Anyway it is good that FP is working on camera improvements as it seems to be a vital feature for many users and potential customers.
Actually not for me, as I prefer to take good pictures with a conventional camera.
I am having the thought that it could be even of more interest for users having more options. Now this flash and brightness issue has fixed values again. An option/slider for setting a brightness level would have done it too I believe. So there is still lots of space to improve. I recall the default camera app from LG G4, quite massive and overwhelming customizable if anyone wanted to take brilliant pictures.
