Got a new fairphone 6 and was excited to find the moments but now when I press the apps I have added it doesn’t activate the apps, but just take me to an empty phone screen. I can’t also get out of the moments back to my normal phone screen. Pressing on the moments doesn’t work either

Have you already tried to reset and re-program your Fairphone Moments? To reset it, go to Settings > Apps > See all … apps > Fairphone Moments > Storage and cache > Clear Storage / clear cache to try if this makes a difference.
You might also want to reset the Switch button settings in the same manner.
This actually helped solving Fairphone Moments crashes, but it should be worth a no-risk try if you have not reset it yet yourself.
EDIT: Fairphone Moments app instead of resp. in addition to Switch button settings.
