Fairphone Moments and Switch Apps not in Google Play

I want to change the settings for the Switch on my phone but the app keeps crashing. I contacted FP support and they advised updating the app viaGoogle Play Store. But it’s not in Play. Nor is the FP Moments app. The only FP app i can find is the Fairbuds one. I’ve gone back to the Support team but it takes them a long time to respond so thought I’d try here.

Is your operating system (Android OS) on the most recent version 15.148.0 ?

Yes it is up to date

Try deleting cache and data for the Fairphone Moments app.

Same problem here, also up to date and deleted cache already. If there’s a solution, would love to hear. Thanks!

I think it should be possible to configure the Essentials schedule by going to

Settings > Sound and vibration > Do Not Disturb > Schedules > Essentials

If the app keeps crashing, are you experiencing problems with switching apps?

Had the same issue, deleting cache and data for the app helped.
