Fairphone hot above the battery and drains within 1 hour

My fairphone gets very hot above the battery to a Point where i cannot even touch it. It also drains the battery therefore within an hour. I did a factory reset but it still has the same Problems. It still gets hot, it stops working as soon as i open any app or even turns itself off. Anyone else experienced Problems like this? What can I do?

thank you. i tried several Things now, for example taking out the simcards, but it still discharches within an hour. it does not seem to be a bad contact therefore i guess
