If you have an idea for reinstall my fp5 I don’t understand
not sure if you’re aware - the forum is not a way to contact Fairphone support, to get a response from Fairphone you need to contactsupport. It’s just a users forum.
For support tickets, waiting times are long currently, and while improvement has been promised, there is not much sign of it yet. What works well though: Contact the support via live chat between 10:00 and 12:00 during weekdays, ask for a human (and don’t tell AI you have a ticket yet). I waited less than 5 minutes today to talk to a person.
About support times: I have a support ticket from June 4th, that has not been replied to yet. Almost three months as of today.
My ticket is not really urgent, so I did not yet want to bother them about it at live chat. For your case, with an unusable phone, just text them tomorrow morning and ask for help, should work

After 3 months still no response. I sent an email with a link to my ticket. This created a duplicate ticket which was closed and the original ticket was viewed but without a response. So 3 months without visibility of support I had to buy a new smartphone. In hindsight I think I would not have bought a fairphone, it’s a shame because I agree with the eco-responsible side of fairphone but the after-sales service is really too slow to respond. In this day and age 3 months without a smartphone is not possible.
