Fairphone Earbuds Battery Problem

Hi all, hoping you may be able to help. I’ve had the Fairphone 4 and earbuds since February. Unfortunately I’ve noticed recently that the earbuds will show low battery surprisingly quickly, certainly lasting for less time than they initially did from a full charge.

Yesterday and today though they did something else quite odd. The left earbud had low battery while the right had no problems. I’m unsure what could cause this or what an easy fix might be. I’ve used the earbuds both simultaneously and have never used one more than the other.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

You may like to check the contacts in the holder and on the bud to ensure they are clean and free from tarnishing and debris.
