I got two emails:
November 19th, “Black Friday plans? Make them fair.” with the 20% spare parts and accessories code, and
November 28th, “We’re in the middle of Black Friday madness.”, with the offer of 100€ voucher with a first Fairphone purchase.
Like you Meaghan, I only purchased a FP5, September 2023.
I won’t buy anything for now, terms of the voucher don’t seem to forbid forwarding. If you think you’d need that voucher, send me a personal message. First come first served

That’s truly sweet.
To be perfectly honest, I have recently received a voucher to make up for my missing keep club points so I think I will use that for my accessories purchase.
Plus a small not that rational part of me would feel slightly weird using the code I have not received;-)
So will pass on here.

That spare parts voucher seems to be valid only in combination with new phone purchases at the Fairphone online shop. See Fairphone Promotions and Offers - Fairphone for the exact terms.

I find it funny as well.
The bike looks lovely, and it is not far from the FP ideas (in fact I think they even support their Staff in cycling but I cannot find this info anymore), but tbh I do not really like these tagging campaigns when in order to enter you need to ask your friends to follow the company as well

So a loyal customer to Fairphone is someone who subscribes to their newsletters and uses their member app. Since I missed both,
Anyone not using their voucher code for 20% off parts? They should be valid until tomorrow and my FP4 really needs a new battery.

Apparently we are in the final days of FP4 availability in the Fairphone Shop.
Only the Speckled Green version (8GB/256GB) is still available and now at just 300 €.
Smallprint states that this offer expires 13 January 2025. Let’s see if supplies last until then.

Wow. I thought they planned to keep it till 2025, given the warranty scheme. On second thoughts, it might be like January or February 2025.
The price drop impressive as well.

I vaguely remember the sale of the FP3 ultimately ended on 31 December 2022. Perhaps there is a strong administrative or economic incentive (taxes, warehouse storage rent) to clear the(se) shelves until the end of the year.
After reaching to FP via chat and some wait, I got the official recognition and a new code.
It seems to me that while there are some issues with emails and/or website, the Support is really willing to go extra mile and reimburse the customers.

For anyone who has not received the code, it might be worth reaching out to CS. The one I received just now is valid for almost two months (while the campaign was only for a few weeks)
