Yes, same here. I’m now receiving loads of spam on that email address. I contacted Fairphone on May 7, 2025 at 10:33 PM via the Zenddesk help system and until now, no reply. That’s very bad Fairphone, that’s not a responsible way to handle my data and inform me about issues.
