My Fairphone 6 with /e/OS gets frozen from time to time with no apparent reason. It usually happens when the screen is off or just on the lockscreen, so not even while I’m doing anything. I guess it’s caused by something running on the background but I’m not able to find what it is.
When it happens, the only solution I found is completely rebooting the phone by pressing all 3 buttons for like 20 seconds or so, which becomes quite challenging when the screen is off, as it’s difficult to know when to stop pressing and if I press it for too long it freezes again.
Anyone having the same problem? Any possible solutions or advuce to identify what is freezing the phone?
