I am in some trouble with my fp6, while trying to connect my Shokz OpenRun Pro, which were perfectly fine with my old Samsung phone. First it was detected as available device, with “LE” before its name (LE OpenRun Pro), and I could pair it, but it wasn’t recognized by Deezer and it was impossible to connect them. So I started over and now my phone will not detect it anymore…
Has anyone encountered this kind pf trouble with OpenRun Pro before ? Any idea how I could fix it ?

I have a Fairphone 6 wirh android and same Shokz openrun pro, I had no issues with them. Music goes fine with Spotify and Tidal (I don’t have deezer). Mine shows as “Openrun Pro by Shokz”
Could it be that in the Shokz app you enabled multi device and it is trying to connect to the other one as well? I had issues of no audio if I paired both the watch and the phone, as there is no way to change device it gets silly sometimes.
My phone runs with Android, and “OpenRun Pro by Shokz” is the very label it appeared on my last phone, but right now, nothing at all. I disabled bluetooth from other devices that could try to connect with it, and yet nothing changed…
Well at least if you have no problem with yours then I might end by solving the problem ! Thanks for giving me hope !
Maybe you can try to pair it within the Shokz app? It’s quite strange it was showing as LE and then not appearing anymore. My Sony headphones sometimes appear with LE and sometimes not but it always connects and I don’t need to re pair or anything, I think it is an android thing as it happened with my previous phone as well, but not with the Shokz.
It should work, actually: I have a FP6, paired with 2 different Shokz headsets. I also use Deezer, like you: no problem.
I did have BT issues in the past, especially with Android Auto, but in recent months I haven’t had problems.
Are you on the most recent software version?
When I had problems, removing the device and re-pairing it did the trick.
