Fairphone 5 - customer assistance refuses legal warranty

What exactly is complicated about a 3-participants video call - everyone being at home - to just say hi and chat ? I am not talking about a 25-people business meeting here. (See ? I can write in bold too !)

The fact that you keep on insisting that this issue is somehow acceptable says a lot. I guess the Fairphone company really feels like they don’t owe the most basic of service to their customers. Thank’s for making it clear.

What really pains me is the way Fairphone handled the whole situation.

When I first bought my FP5, I thought I would never buy from a bigtech company anymore. I gave Fairphone my full trust. Now I know I will NEVER buy from this company anymore.

No one says its acceptable. I think its still a bit unclear what your actual set-up is, however I get you are not searching for workarounds so go the legal way. I would acutually be interested in the outcome.

And @all I guess we stop trying to understand and help, the phone isnt working for the user.
