Fairphone 4 USB Headset not Working

I have been using my AKG USB-C headset for years. But for the past two weeks, it has not been working with the Fairphone 4. It works great with all other devices, including my wife’s new Fairphone 6.

Does anyone have similar problems or a solution? Support has not responded to my ticket for two weeks.

Ich nutze seit jahren mein AKG USB-C Headset. Aber seit 2 Wochen funktioniert es nicht mehr am Fairphone 4. An allen anderen Geräten funktioniert es super. Auch am neuen Fairphone 6 meiner Frau.

Hat jemand ähnliche Probleme oder eine Lösung? Denn Der Support Antwortet seit 2 Wochen nicht auf mein Ticket.

And is your USB-C port otherwise okay? Mine already started to be unreliable when charging. It is possible that the lifetime of the port comes to an end these months for some users with some USB usage patterns.

The port works with anything else without any Problems.

I have a new USB-C Port, and now the Headset works fine.
