Fairphone 3 won't start after september update URGENT! Has E/OS installed

Fairphone 3 won’t start after September update. My phone stays stuck in the start up screen. Can’t use my phone.
Anyone any advise?

Update: problem solved.
Had to hold the power button for 30 sec and then he suddenly started.

Have you tried several times to boot the phone to see if it falls back to the other slot? You should be able to hold the power button for several seconds to reboot

Thanks for asking Yes it is 1.15 now. Man have we become dependent of those stupid phones

The Fairphone 3 is a so-called A/B device.
It has 2 “slots” (A and B) it can boot an OS from, but there’s still only one place for user data, so it’s not a complete dual-boot solution.
A/B is primarily there for updating the OS in the background (on the other slot which is not being used) while you can still use the phone and then just reboot into a completely updated OS (by just switching to the updated slot on reboot).
