Fairphone 3 with E/OS going in and out of connection with 4G+ all the time after update

Fairphone 3 with E/OS going in and out of connection with 4G+ all the time after latest update.
It switches between showing no 4G icon at the top of the screen and no connection.
or 4G icon but also no connection. Only when it says 4G+ it has connection.

Help urgently needed cause this is the only phone I got and I can’t use it this way.

I don´t have this problem right now but had it before in an older version.
I believe I did solve it with:

Settings - System - Options for resetting (bottom) - Wifi, mobile data & bluetooth reset

And of course a restart.

Fairphone 3 with E/OS is getting hot while charging and has weak or no 4G signal after update

Thank you very much. At the moment the phones heat problem while charging returned back to normal. I am left the 4G connection problem. It goes in and out of connect. On top corner of the screen it says 4G but only when it says 4G+ I do have connection. Do you perhaps have a suggestions for that?
