Fairphone 3 running e/OS HTTP 429 error data sending error

Not sure where the issue starts Fairphone or E/OS
I have a Fairphone 3 running /e/OS 2.5-t-20241111446629-official-FP3
Since I have updated I have been getting the HTTP429 “Too Many Requests” error from the murena.io server. I assume this comes from my phone trying to update the calendar etc.

Here is where it get interesting I have had this account for over a year never changed the password. When I tried to login with the FP3 I get a message that the user name or password is wrong. It is the same password, user name that is on my tablet, laptop and workstation which DO NOT cause this error.
Here is where it gets really interesting: I used the FP3 to refill a prescription the number on the phones display matched the prescription number, the number the robot on the other end read back to me was something different. I did that 3 times and each time the number was wrong. I used the house phone exactly the same number and it was accepted.

This issue has started with another App Invalid password??? The password has not been changed in over a year, three other devices use the same password to log into the same app; no issues.
??? Is it possible that there is a glitch in the latest update that effects the keyboard???

Have you avoided the most recent update 2.6.3 intentionally? Or does your error affect OTA updates as well?

The update is 2.6.3-t-20241217455358-official-FP3 Android 13 last checked January 11, 2025(11:40) Same issue. I just cut and pasted the message from the e/OS forum where I reported it. That is how long this has been happening never heard a word from there. This issue is intermittent.

I’d vaguely guess it might be related to the Murena server problems that started in October. See Week 2, 2025: Development and Testing Updates - Development Updates - /e/OS community (first section, also note the link to Gaël Duval’s status updates at the end of that section.

Thanks. The issue with syncing, ok, an issue with Murina. The issue with the wrong prescription number, ok, I may have read what I wanted to see. The issue with the wrong password (which has never been changed) to a site where 3 other devices using the same password have connected before and after I tried the FP3 is curious to say the least. To make sure that I had the right user and password I copied the one stored in my browser and pasted it into the login. I use the same browser on all devices and the passwords are synced across all devices using the browsers sync service not Murenas’.
This issue first started intermittently after the 2.5-t-20241111446629-official-FP3 update

UPDATE!! I shut off the FP3 pulled the battery waited 5 minutes. Now the app works, for now my password is correct. Not sure where the issue lies, FP3 or e/OS
