Now fixed following advice from Vodafone. Reseting to default, selecting Vodafone UK rather than Vodafone UK Prepay and restarting seemed to do the trick.

Glad to hear that you have sorted it out by yourself. Prepaying customers of Vodafone UK must use different settings than monthly paying users…
