Fairbuds XL spare parts unavailable?

Hello

I want to upgrade my Fairbuds XL (2023) and buy the new 2025 speakers.

But when I go to order them from the website, UPS tells me that the estimated delivery will be between May 31st and June 3rd.

Is this an issue with Fairphone itself or with the delivery service? If it’s only a bug and not the real date I would like to know because I am delivering it to friends and not to my own home. I would also like to benefit from the -25% deal while it’s still available.

If it’s a stocks issue than I will postpone till they are fully available.

Did someone order spare parts lately and got them in time?

May I ask where you are based?
I have just run through them in the shop - the primary info was 3-5 delivery days and the final estimation for a pickup in Poland - a few days

I am not based in the EU but the adress I want to ship to is in France.

I tried to change it to Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden and it gave me the same delivery date. That is why I asked about a bug.

If it takes my location to estimate the delivery, I understand why it would take 3 months to reach me XD.

Thank you for your help, hopefully when I finish my order the estimated delivery will update to the adress in France.
