A trivial issue, but I wondered if there are any tips about placing the fairbuds in the ears. Mine don’t quite fit well. I have tried all the provided rubber ends - small, medium and large, but it does not work. Of course, when I keep needing to fit them in, it pauses or interferes with the sound. I think it is a common problem with these type of devices, as I have had the issue with a previous brand.
