Fairbuds connect then disconnect

My Fairbuds have stopped connecting properly with my FP5. They connect for 5 min max and then stop, and won’t reconnect even when I try to connect them via Bluetooth on my phone.

I noticed that I no longer hear the ‘Connected’ audio message when I put them in my ears.

They are charged, and I’ve done a factory reset, to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Update - they have started working again after I connected them to a different device then reconnected to my FP5 (as suggested by FP help). No idea why this worked but glad it did….
