We lost the pin of our Fairphone 5, and would want to reboot it. Unfortunately the most shared tips of using the Volume and Power button don’t seem to be working. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? thx! 
That boots into recovery. You have to press and hold a few seconds. Have you done this?
