I just receviez my fairphone, and dowloaded f-droid, but it says tat it is stop by the phone; how Can I change the setting to unblock?

So the phone doesn’t allow you to install the apk? If that’s the case, all you need to do is allow the installation of apps from untrusted sources.
Settings -> Security -> Unknown sources
