How can I use an external radio mic with fairphone? I have managed to get an adapter for my iPhone but it doesn’t seem to work on fairphone

actually I have now worked out how to do it. I use an adapter for the mini jack which you can get online for about 10 bucks. However this only works with the sound recorder. The video does not seem to take the sound form the jack input. Ideas?
