I get ‘can’t send message, error 69’ very often

In which app do you get this message, in the bult-in messaging app, in the email app in Gmail…?

Messaging, I think. The green one.

Ok, then it’s the SMS/MMS app (at least it’s called like this in German). Since I’m using Signal as SMS app I don’t have own experience with the standard app.
So if the error message doesn’t give any further hints you could either check your APN settings or try another SMS /messaging app.
