Earphone connection

Any tips for solving an intermittent connection via earphones? Or a recommendation for new earphones - will the Fairphone 3 earphones work well with a Fairphone 2?

Welcome to the Fairphone cummunity,
first I would try a different headset, every headset with a 3,5mm should do. If that doesn’t help, you possibly have to replace the top module:
