Dual SIM not working

Hi
My dual SIM facility isn’t functioning. When I have both SIMs in neither is recognised / accessible.

But both work when it is the only SIM.

Also, when I remove the SIMs (due to the above) the phone starts up with the wrong time: 2 hours late this morning and I almost missed a meeting :open_mouth: It’s not a time zone thing as it was not exactly 2 hours.

Grateful for solutions.
