Dreem sleep application - bluetooth

I use the Dreem sleep help. It works with Bluetooth BLE. The FP2 doesn’t recognize any more the Dreem device. It worked in the past .
Doesn’t FP2 use BLE anymore ? Has something changed with the last update ?
Has somebody any experience with this quite of problem?
Thanks beforehand for your answer.

What exactly does it say in Settings - About phone - Build number?

Did you try to pair the devices again?

Build number is Ec07b61d

That’s kind of an ID for your device, probably (every Fairphone 2 has such an 8 cryptic characters identifier).

The Build number (I don’t know how this was translated to your locale) should be something with a “gms” (for Fairphone OS) or “sibon” (for Fairphone Open OS) in it and a version number like “18.4.1” or similar.

Ok, different approach …
Are you using Fairphone OS or Fairphone Open OS?
Which version? Still Android 6 (latest was 18.4.1) or Android 7 already (currently 18.9.2 or 18.10.0)?

Ok then, Fairphone OS 18.04.1 (Android 6).

Fairphone are currently rolling out an upgrade to Fairphone OS 18.09.2 (Android 7), the Updater App should notify you when it’s coming to your phone.

If you want to be on the safe side, it’s time to think about how to backup or sync your important data, contacts, pictures, etc. to somewhere safe before upgrading.

If you are ready for the upgrade and want it now …
