No, it does not.
Please search this forum (e.g. “modem.zip”) for more details.
There is at the moment no chance to have a 100% free OS, since there is no chipset available which allows this.

You can find a list of proprietary files needed here and here. Without them, I don’t think even the bare OS would work (so no display).
