My phone sometimes randomly goes into ‘do not disturd’ mode. Can I do something to stop this?

I have never experienced that but let me try some random guesses.
Please check the settings for different modes, perhaps you have unintentionally activated scheduling.
Is the phone locked when that happens?

Mine randomly happens. All scheduling is switched off. I think it seems to happen if I am using the bluetooth connection and a message or notification comes in and the phone is then triggered into DND.
