Do no reboot without asking, please

The Fairphone 6 currently reboots without asking if it has detected changed network. It shows a quick pop-up notification and then it’s gone. That happens in the middle of whatever you’re doing on your phone right now, including navigating the place you just arrived in that has the new network. With something like the recent bug where the phone reboots in a loop on top it makes the phone unusable ( FP6 Restart the phone to load the corresponding configuration - 15.148.0 ). On it’s own, it makes me worry about the reliability of my phone when traveling, when many services are only accessible by app anymore.

Could you please ask before rebooting the phone, instead of just deciding to do it at the point that a new network has connected?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Could you please confirm that you have installed the most recent update?
Was the issue you are describing present prior to the update?

I have installed the update. What I couldn’t gather from the release notes, was only the reboot loop fixed or the general behavior of rebooting in a new network?
