For an App i need to toggle on “USB debugging”
This seems the way in Lollipop:
Alas in FP2 it doesnt work…
Any alternative known?

What exactly is not working out for you?
Do you not turn into a developer by touching the Build number a lot of times?
Are developer options still hidden although you turned into a developer?
Does turning on the USB debugging option not work (does it stay disabled)?
Is USB debugging turned on, but the App in question still says it isn’t?
