Current working time for support requests (October 2015)


does anybody had currently contact with the support. It is said 3 working days I wait 5 days now?

I made a mistake with the payment and do not want to loose my order of the FP2 :blush:

Don’t hesitate to call them. They can usually put you through to German-speaking staff if you prefer that. :slight_smile:

Fyi: I waited for a recent support request for four days.


I forgot to ring them this afternoon, but had already the Support Response in my post box. That means they Need currently 5 working days :smile:

Hopefully my payment goes well, so I can choose the cover soon :smile:
