Crap customer service

Order a case 10 days ago not delivered, can’t contact CS to find out where it is. Crap customer service for a so called ethical company! :rage:

The fastest way to get an answer from customer support is to call them after you open an online ticket. When you tell them your ticket number, they will immediately see your case on their displays.
