Order a case 10 days ago not delivered, can’t contact CS to find out where it is. Crap customer service for a so called ethical company!

The fastest way to get an answer from customer support is to call them after you open an online ticket. When you tell them your ticket number, they will immediately see your case on their displays.

I would not recommend to call them by phone to contact them in the first attempt. Otherwise the average time of processing/solving (new and already existing) tickets will increase. What do you have to do when you must pick up the phone? Right: Interrupt your current work.

It is now over two weeks since I raised a ticket about my FP2 having poor or no signal. No reply of any kind so far. This is simply unacceptable. Regardless of how ethical the material and labour is sourced, I seriously cannot recommend FP to anyone I know as long as the support is as poor as this.
