Hi,
I have the same problem as another user has already reported here (the thread is already closed, but the problem is exactly the same).
The requirements are also the same. Since the entry is in German, here is the translation:
Hello,
For some time now, I have noticed that calls are being dropped or the person on the other end can no longer hear me, even though the connection is still there (at first). There are plenty of calls that last longer (>20 minutes), but often the connection is lost within the first few minutes.
The cell phone provider (o2) says they can’t find any problems.
Is it possible to test this on the hardware side/rule out errors? How? Do you have any ideas? The problem has been going on for several months, even before the upgrade to Android 15. But it’s becoming more frequent.
It’s an FP4 with 256GB.
- Original ROM is up to date, apps and Google Play are also up to date.
- I still have an eSIM from Vodafone in the device. I’ll try it again to see if it also crashes there, as I haven’t noticed it yet, but I rarely make calls via this provider and usually only for a short time. But I’ll try it again and then give an update.
It would be great if someone could help me!
Best regards and many thanks,
Jens
