Connection issues (calling) via provider MobileVikings

Model: FP4, bought Dec 2022
Android version: 13 (security update March 5, 2025) up to date
Mobile provider: MobileVikings (Belgium)

Problem: my phone will very often not pass through my calls

I have had these problems for several months now, but now it’s really getting on my nerves. My Fairphone 4 has cellullar connection all the time (or pretends to have it) and I leave my 5G on all the time. I have no problem consulting the internet however I can not take nor make any calls for very long periods of time. The icon for mobile connection gives 2/3rds of the connection (so should be enough to make a phone call) however any time somebody calls me they go straight to voicemail and can’t reach me. Also I can not call them back at those moments (when I call, the connection icon suddenly gives ‘no connection’) and the ringing does not go over. During these periods (that can last for hours) I am still able to send/receive messages so I genuinely don’t know what is wrong in this situation. Anybody knows this issue and how to solve it?
