Some issues fall between being worthy of contacting support and still being worth discussion. My personal opinion is that the support of eSIM is just not there yet, and that it was a poor decision of Fairphone to drop the second physical SIM. I am still suffering the consequences of buying the FP4 and having to get an eSIM.
Is this worth contacting Fairphone support? Probably not as there is nothing they can do about it. But I agree with oddscar that I would expect them at least have some familiarity with the conversations here.
