Hello! My new fairphone 5 loads/charges very slowly. It needs around 3 hours to be fully loaded. Is that normal?
This depends on your charging equipment and did you allow fast charging in the settings?

I did allow fast charging. Maybe I should try it with an original FP charging equipment. I use the one I used with my FP 3, where it was fine.
I don’t think so. 
However, I usually charge my FP5 on an USB port of my PC as slow charging is said to increase battery lifetime.
