Change sound balance FP3

Is there way to change the balance in the sound ? I have so many shrill tones while listening without earplug.

For me ‚balance‘ is the difference between left and right, ‚shrill tones‘ seems to be related to frequencies. So could you please explain more detailed, what you would like to achieve?

I mean the balance between bass and treble

In LineageOS with microG there is the app AudioFX on my FP3.
Equalizer is the name.
